Had a last minute need to solve video conferencing in a new facility. Left another integrator who kept providing options that were way beyond our budget. Got connected with Levi who quickly heard our needs, took our permit drawings and floorplans and began working on options. Levi engaged with Matt who helped design, test and quote some additional items as part of a custom solution for our needs. We also engaged around sound masking and room scheduling devices. I contacted CRS through their online contact submission form and received email contact less than 24 hours later by a sales representative. Kevin Powers then proceeded to answer my questions over several emails where he responded almost instantly to each one. This allowed for a natural flow of conversation to take place and he was able to reassure me that the products I was planning on purchasing would properly communicate with one another, also ensuring I had the correct cabling to connect the devices when they arrived. The level of customer service was, no exaggerations, OUTSTANDING and above and beyond any reasonable expectation. I was able to get all my questions answered and placed an order with him later that same day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience on the design and purchasing end for this project. I suspect that when the equipment arrives I will have a seamless time integrating it and if I need technical support from CRS, there is no doubt in my mind that Kevin will be available to help me.
