What is B-Stock? B-Stock products are open box or pre-owned items that were returned in good to like-new quality and have undergone our own quality-control. These products are then sold to other customers at a deep discount.
What condition can be expected? We do our best to maintain all package contents in a high-quality, avoiding any possible cosmetic damage. If you would like information about a specific unit, please contact your account manager or a sales representative for assistance.
Do these products come with a warranty? We offer the same manufacturer's warranty that is included with a new product of the same model, generally covering any defects for at least one year.
How often is your inventory updated? The B-Stock inventory list is updated daily, but current stock is based on orders that have been prepared for fulfillment. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to confirm that a specific product is still available, please reach out to your account manager or a sales representative for assistance.
How are returns handled? Return of B-stock items are handled on a case-by-case basis and require managerial approval. It is recommended that customers are careful to hold on to all package contents upon receipt and avoid making any marks or damage to the product box.
